DESIGN/MANUFACTURE/REPAIR OF HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS

We are specilized in Design, Manufacture & Servicing of Hydraulic Cylinder, Pump, Valve. Hydraulic cylinder and valve are manufactured and repaired to “as new” condition in terms of performance and expected service life. We have test bench for testing overhauled hydraulic pump and motor and valves.

HOT OIL FLUSHING / PRESSURE TESTING

We have oil flushing units with the desired range of reservoir capacities, pump output, pressure and delivery suitable for all pipeline dimensions and configurations, oil types and viscosity.

Applications Areas:

It can be used for all new systems as part of preventive maintenance or after the modification/repair of existing systems.

This specialized technique prevents system break downs and extend the overall lifespan of the components. Hot oil flushing service removes moisture and residual contamination found in equipment's, prevents system break downs and extends the overall life span of the components.

This technique involves circulation of oil through the (pipeline) systems at high velocity and turbulence, so that any loose or loosened soil is entrained in the oil stream.
